There is vitamin C in Amocon, but there is also gelatin hydrolyzate and biotin. Won't they interfere? With both preparations, it is recommended to take on an empty stomach. I do not know how I will react to iron on an empty stomach, but I planned to take these 2 preparations about 2 hours before breakfast.
