Hello, I take 100mg of zoloft and 75mg of zoist every morning and 10mg of miansec in the evening.
The condition after zolef for the first period when I took only 50mg was improving, there were rare anxiety attacks but you could see the improvement, the dose was increased by the doctor to 100mg and of course the situation repeated, the first period after taking 100mg showed better and better results, malaise occurred only when running or situations that have always caused me anxiety, i.e. leaving the house. However, after moving to a new place of residence, from the first day I experience clearly stronger attacks that occurred even before the start of pharmacotherapy. The morning routine goes without any complications, however, the further into the day, the symptoms slowly appear, it starts with cold hands and feet with flushes and hot flashes on the face, there is also a twitching of the upper left eyelid and either this condition persists and calms down on its own or with the help of medication, or it goes further where it turns into an elevated pulse, the feeling of a balloon in my stomach as if I was full and about to burst, constant burping, nausea, swirling in my eyes as if I was about to faint and a general feeling of total fear, panic and overwhelm/unreality, then I take 0.5 afobam and after some time I recover, in the evening I take miansec in bed and I sleep through the night like a child. I've been attending psychotherapy for a few weeks now, where I'm trying to deal with these states along with anxiety support, but the advice/tricks I receive from the psychotherapist don't work, because once an anxiety attack occurs, there is no room in my head to calm down, with possible attempts and using the knowledge from therapy, breathing exercises don't help, Even the fact that I personally know that nothing is happening and it will pass one day, even that doesn't help. Hence the question of what to do next if all these things like zoloft, exister, miansec and therapy do not give a complete cut off from anxiety attacks, should the dose of zoloft be increased or should it be replaced with another drug? I'm asking for advice because I don't know what to do anymore and these states have been going on for 4 years, where it is already becoming very bothersome, depressing and littering.
Best regards
