Metformax, opinions and questions

I have insulin resistance and IPMN cysts on my pancreas. I was given metformin by the doctor (I take 2 tablets of 750 in the evening), recently the diabetologist gave me Rybelsus, because I still had high sugar of about 130. I read that this drug can cause acute pancreatitis. I have a question if I can take it, or will it be safer to increase metformin?

Hello. I have been taking glucophage xr 750 mg recently (switching from Metformax 1000) for diarrhoea. This drug was prescribed to me by a gynecologist because of PCOS. There is no diarrhea but I still feel hungry after this drug . Why is that? And is it normal , wolf hunger.

I've been taking Actelsar 80 for hypertension and Metformax SR 1000 for insulin resistance for a few years now. Today, with my blood pressure still high, my primary care physician prescribed me Diuresin SR. In the leaflet of the drug I read that indapamide reduces the effectiveness of metformin and may cause an increase in the level of lactic acid, which may lead to metabolic acidosis. Euthyrox 112mg for thyroid Lirra Gem for Allergy Metformax 1000mg 3x1 per day Stediril contraception Melatonin 1mg for sleep. My GP prescribed Mydocalm Forte 2x1 a day and Skudexa 2x1 a day for terrible back and hip pain. I'm afraid of taking Skudexa, are there any contraindications to taking so many medications? The second question is, should I really take Skudexa and Mydocalm together in the morning and evening?

I am 47 years old, female and have been taking Metformin 1000mg morning and evening for several years. Now I read more and more often that this intake can lead to lactic acidosis (or as it is written), especially under the influence of alcohol. Now I'm a bit panicked because I drank alcohol on New Year's Eve for once, I don't drink any else. Had not taken metformin the evening before and on New Year's Eve itself, only taken normally again on 02.01. Since this morning, I have had sore muscle-like complaints in my upper arms and legs. I feel sickly and I'm also tired all the time and feel limp and drained, like I'm getting really sick. My bronchial tubes aren't doing so well either. My gut feeling tells me that I'm really just getting sick and it has nothing to do with lactic acidosis, because I sleep a lot at the moment because I'm always tired and limp. Can you reassure me about that?

I sincerely ask for an opinion - my mother got from the doctor drugs for pressure:

BISOPROLOL VP 5 mg (1 x morning)
INDAPEN SR 1.5 mg (1xrano) EGIRAMLON 5 mg + 5 mg (1 x morning)

I wonder if the dosage such as on the prescription (all 3 drugs taken in the morning) is not a mistake? Shouldn't they be "broken down" into morning/evening doses, so as not to lower the pressure too much? Is such a dosage justified / common, or is it "automatism" when issuing prescriptions? Because I have met more than once with the situation that the prescription was one dosage, and the "list" from the doctor different.

In addition, my mother was given medicines: METFORMAX SR 750 (1 x in the evening) and ROSWERA (1x a day regardless of the meal), where I understand that they can both be taken in the evening.
