The ointment is SutriHeal 5% ichthyol ointment apparently there is St. John's wort in Sutriheal, What if I used the ointment on an open wound with blood, so the St. John's wort contained in the ointment got into the bloodstream and can negatively reduce the effectiveness of the pills ...?

Hello, about a year ago I went to the pircer for an earlobe piercing and everything was ok with this piercing, until that month. I started to get white discharge from the piercing and my ear hurt only in this place near the piercing (the state calmed down and resumed).
