Hello
For many years, my mother took the weakest dose of Lercan in the evening. In addition, its proportions vary depending on the pressure level. Recently, she got an aggravation of the arrhythmia and her mercan was changed to co-prestarium initio in the ED. She coughed so the cardiologist changed to valsacor 80, which works poorly. Two hours after the administration she went from 122/80/59 to 151/90/61!! We had to reduce this pressure with nitrendipine 10 (in the amount of 15mg in total, because around noon she also took 1/2 of this drug). After an hour it dropped. Mom suffers from arrhythmias. In the morning he takes beto zk 23.75. After which, in fact, her arrhythmia has been intensifying lately and she has it every day. On top of that, diuresin 1.5, I think, which she didn't take because she usually had low blood pressure in the morning, even below 100/70/56. The issue is that after changing medications, everything got out of whack for her.
Is it advisable to go back to lercan or increase the dose of valsacor? I don't know what to do in critical situations.
We have a cardiologist in the PN. I hope nothing will happen to her by then. Please help.
