Hello, I took contracept pills for 8 years, the doctor told me to stop taking them and recommended the mirene pad as a better and healthier substitute, I decided to take it. A month after I started to have skin problems on my face - large painful and itchy subcutaneous pustules, lasting for a very long time; About 2-3 weeks, more and more appeared until finally I had my whole face in it. I went first to the family doctor, then to the endocrinologist, they both said it was from the IUD, which was later confirmed by the gynecologist, I decided to take it out after a year. Unfortunately, after taking it out, the symptoms did not go away:-/ I'm depressed and I'm already depressed because of it, I will add that I've never had any skin problems (smooth face without any blackheads or discoloration, I've never taken care of my diet)I'm 27 years old and I've been struggling with it for a year and a half... This is the first experience in my life and I want to end it as soon as possible .medications from an endocrinologist or over-the-counter ointments from the pharmacy as well as a continuous diet (from the beginning of the symptoms) do not help:-/ Maybe I am processing information incorrectly and doing something wrong ... What tests can I do or what can I use and how to help with the fight or tell me how long it might take to go back to my previous life so that I have hope? I thought that half a year would be enough for convalescence... I don't know if it's an earlier effect of stopping the pills or the effect of removing the spiral and if going back to the pills will fix anything...
