Helicobacter Test, opinions and questions

Pylera + Nolplaza 40 + HelicoGastrin.
Pylera is for 10 days, should I STOP taking Nolplaza 40 at the end of Pylera? I will add that I do not have heartburn or ulcers. The only symptom of helicobacter is a periodic increase in the number of bowel movements during the day and low ferritin levels.

I take Pylere 4 times a day (after breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bedtime), Nolplaza 40 2 times a day (1 hour before breakfast, 1 hour before dinner). HelicoGastrin during lunch 1x a day.

I am being treated with Helicobacter pylori Pylera and IPP (mesopral).
I was recommended to use PPIs also after the end of antibiotic therapy for up to 90 days. It seems to me for a very long time in a situation where I don't have ulcers, erosions, reflux or any pain. And in general, I'm healthy, 60 years old. Does the modern treatment regimen suggest such a long time of PPI use after eradication?
