Good morning. I use cinarizinum3 once a day, mounjaro once a week, polvertic twice a day. I am in the process of withdrawing from fluexitin, which has had a very negative effect on me. The psychiatrist told me not to take anything for five days. Then she prescribed me a choice of aciprex/dulexytin. You can choose because I already took aciprex a year ago - I had no side effects, it slightly increased my mental state, but I did not change much in terms of improving my anxiety. The doctor thinks that dulexitin (I have never taken it) or aciprex is the best solution. She left it to the internist to consider. My question is which of these drugs is better tolerated by patients after which they do not gain weight? Their profile of action is the same ? I'm asking because I've been on fluexitin for a month and the side effects are so strong that I don't have to take anything for five days. Both of these drugs can be used with mounjaro and cynarizine and polvertic ? Of course, I mentioned these drugs to the psychiatrist, but she replied that cynarizine is the Polish name and she cannot find it by checking drug interactions. I'm very accurate because I've suffered so much from fluexytin that I have no choice.
