Welcome.
For a long time, my mother has been suffering from arrhythmias (76 years old). In the morning, on an empty stomach before breakfast( around 7:00 a.m.) he takes Beto zk 23.75mg. On top of that, an hour later he takes Euthyrox 75 (on weekdays and 50 on weekends) + Aspargin(morning and evening). He suffers from hypertension - all in all, jumping. He has a high only in the evening and takes the new drug Co-Prestarium Initio 3.5 mg perindopril + 2.5 mg amlodipine instead of Lercan. In the morning, on the other hand, it has normal and even low levels. In addition, her maximum pulse is 60 beats per minute.
The problem is that he has had arrhythmias every day for almost 2 weeks and practically at the same time. It takes about an hour. Darkness in the eyes, dizziness. He drinks fluids. She hadn't had that before. It was as if she had been given it after some medication. Personally, I'm betting on Beto zk. During arrhythmias, her pulse oscillates between 45 and 60 beats per minute. We've already landed in the ER twice. Previously, she had taken POLFENONE on an ad hoc basis when an arrhythmia appeared, but in the ER she was told to stop taking it and not to take it in case of arrhythmia. If anything, it is again beto zk, but with a pulse above 60 - and there is none - so it does not take anything. The pressure in the morning is low even below 100/75/55. I'd like to point out that she's also a bit cold at the moment (no flu, covid, etc.) We wait for the results of the 3-day holter and go to the cardiologist again.
Could this be happening to her because of this Beto zk? If we halved the dose, would that hurt her? I'm worried that he might be lowering her blood pressure too much in the morning and her pulse - which is already low - and causing the arrhythmia itself. Is there any other medication that doesn't affect the pulse and will help her?
Please help.
