Good morning, I would like to consult a treatment plan for Pylera in combination with Letrox and Siofor. I have an additional question about Cartexan/Cignon and discontinuation of Armolipid for this time. Every day I take Letrox 50 in the morning and Siofor XR at night. After the last meal, I also take Armolipid with some interval. Recently, I am also undergoing intensive treatment with Cignon and Cartexan, as a support for the therapy of a torn tendon and problems with the patella. In the plan below, I bent the intervals between Pyler's apps a bit to find some time for sleep... I also take advantage of the fact that Emanera does not have to be taken in the morning, because in combination with Letrox it would deprive me of sleep. 8 - Letrox 9 - breakfast + Pylera + Enterol (+ Cignon and Cartexan) 13 - Emanera 14 - lunch + Pylera 19 - dinner + Pylera + Enterol (+ Cignon and Cartexan) 23 - Emanera 24 - snack + Pylera 24:30 - Siofor XR Question 1: does this plan look reasonably sensible? Question 2: for these 10 days I decided to stop Armolipid, because it is difficult for me to squeeze it into all this. It's not a critical drug, so it's not a problem, is it? Question 3: Can chondroitin sodium sulfate, present in both orthopaedic supplements, be combined with basic therapy? Or rather put them away? Question 4: I'm afraid of these breaks between meals, I'm a snacker, I like fruits and vegetables at least to snack. I hope that in reasonable amounts I can snack, as long as I do not throw Emanera into a clearly filled stomach? However, should I radically limit myself to designated meal times? Thanks in advance!
