After what time will Neomycin help with abdominal pain?

I use neomycin for 5 days and so far I do not see any improvement. How long does it take to feel better? I am prescribed a two-week use of the drug for stomach problems.

Neomycin is not a medicine used for abdominal pain. It is worth consulting a doctor again, perhaps he will recommend symptomatic treatment with drugs, e.g. omeprazole or pantoprazole. It is also worth including a probiotic.
