It is likely that the topical application of Aulindol is fraught with low risk to the child. The gel contains nimesulide, which in oral form should not be used in nursing women due to the availability of safer alternatives. However, the same ingredient administered topically is absorbed to a small extent into the blood, so its amount in milk will also be very low. In my opinion, however, it is worth choosing a painkiller gel with proven safety, e.g. with ibuprofen or diclofenac.
