Can Sertagen 50mg and Pregabalin Mylan 50mg be combined with painkillers (specifically ibuprofen)? If not, what painkillers can I take temporarily if paracetamol is not an option due to an allergy?

It is not recommended to use analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs (such as Ibuprofen) with Sertagen due to the increased risk of bleeding. No interactions have been observed between Pregabalin and Ibuprofen. I enclose links to check the availability of preparations and make reservations in selected pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/70699/sertagen-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89281/pregabalin-mylan-kapsulki/apteki We wrote more about what painkillers to use together with drugs containing sertraline (eg Sertagen) in the following opinion: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/11970/voltaren-jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-moge-zastosowac-podczas-terapii-lekiem-asentra In the case of allergy to paracetamol, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will indicate you the safest preparation in your case.
