To @Semi:
Venlafaxine is the active ingredient in prescription medicines, so you should not stop taking it on your own. Each body reacts differently to the drugs used, so it is difficult to precisely determine the duration of the observed side effects and whether they will disappear at all. If I were you, I would trust the attending physician with appropriate clinical experience. Observed ailments should be reported to a doctor and individually. We wrote about why and how to do it here:

If the observed side effects make it extremely difficult to function normally and do not subside over the next few weeks, it is worth discussing this situation with a doctor, who will recommend appropriate treatment, including, for example, modification of treatment. If necessary, the Gdziepolek.pl portal allows consultation with a doctor, it takes place in Polish:
I also take venlafaxine 37.5mg for 4 days since the very restless, continuous ear noises tinnitus a bit confused. Is this gradually subsiding or should I stop immediately? My doctor said at the beginning that could be but that subsides. What to do?

If you stop taking Venlafaxine after only 4 days of use, you should not experience withdrawal symptoms. Don't worry. I enclose helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
