It is not possible to give a factual answer to the question thus asked. The implementation of proper therapy must be preceded by collecting a detailed interview by a doctor and making a diagnosis. Paroxetine and Fluoxetine belong to the same group of drugs - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Both drugs can be used to treat disease entities such as major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder or panic disorder. The official indications for the use of paroxetine also include the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder and social phobias. Due to the fact that both paroxetine and fluoxetine are prescription-only drugs, and therapy with their use should be carried out under the strict supervision of a doctor, only a specialist, after collecting a detailed history, is able to answer whether therapy is indicated in a given patient and the use of which drugs it should include. It is possible that it may be helpful to consult a psychologist who will indicate the possible direction of therapy (psychiatrist, psychologist): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-psychologiem Below are links to leaflets of exemplary drugs containing fluoxetine and paroxetine, respectively: - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/70687/seronil-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/8683, - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99400/paroxetine-aurovitas-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/247851.
