There is no need to regenerate the body after treatment with isotretinoin preparations, if there are no symptoms of deficiency and malaise. What I can suggest at the moment is, for example, supplementation of omega 3 and 6 acids, which affect, m.in the good condition of the skin, which after treatment with an anti-acne drug may be dry.
