MZ recommends the low FODMAP diet as a diet indicated in intestinal ailments. It consists in temporarily limiting the consumption of products by eliminating from the diet those that have a high level of FODMAPs (fermenting oligo- di- and monosaccharides and polyols). There is no obligation to follow the Low-FODMAP diet. These are recommendations only. The elimination phase of the diet serves only to eliminate and later identify factors that irritate the intestines. The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with an appropriate dietitian specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dietetykiem I enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of preparations from questions in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84652/xifaxan-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
