When can I expect Trittico and Escipram to work?

Hello, I have two medications tritico starting dose 75mg in the evening and escipram 5mg in the morning for the first week in the second week I started tritico 150mg in the evening and in the morning 10mg escipram I will add that the treatment lasts the second week when I can expect the effect of the drugs

Trittico is therapeutic about a week after starting treatment (sometimes you may not get any improvement even in the first few weeks), while Escipram between 2 and 4 weeks after starting treatment. If after about 6 weeks you do not see any effects, I would suggest contacting a doctor - you may need to change the treatment regimen.
