Yes, Sanprobi IBS is a probiotic dedicated to intestinal inflammation. The strain contained in Sanprobi IBS, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (DSM 9843) competes for mucosal space with pathogenic bacteria, gradually displacing them and making the symptoms milder. Its effectiveness in this area has been confirmed in numerous clinical trials. In addition, this particular probiotic strain significantly reduces the incidence of infections caused by Clostridium difficile. Importantly, the effects will not appear immediately. Debutir should be taken for 3 months, and Sanprobi IBS - a minimum of 4 weeks. I also encourage you to change your eating habits, preferably under the supervision of a dietitian. MZ also recommends the low FODMAP diet as a diet indicated in intestinal ailments. It consists in temporarily limiting the consumed products by eliminating from the diet those that have a high level of FODMAPs (fermenting oligo- and monosaccharides and polyols): https://pacjent.gov.pl/diety/low-fodmap-dieta-w-jelicie-nadwrazliwym The gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with the appropriate specialist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dietetykiem I enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of preparations from questions in online pharmacies and submit order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: Duspatalin Retard 200 mg:https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25710/duspatalin-retard-kapsulki-o-przedluzonym-uwolniniu/apteki?pvid=175251#stationary Debutir: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21430/debutir-kapsulki/apteki Sanprobi IBS: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/69126/sanprobi-ibs-kapsulki/apteki?pvid=141354#stacjonarne
