If there is a risk of thrombosis, can I stop Belara 4 days before the end of the pack?

Good morning, please help. After almost 3 months of using Belara tablets, I have almost 2 times enlarged fibrinogen and d-dimer. I am waiting for an appointment with a phlebologist who will decide whether I can take further contraceptive packs. I have 4 tablets left from the blister, but I'm afraid to take them. Can I skip these pills?

If there is a risk of thrombosis, you can stop taking the tablets on any day, but please note that protection will no longer be provided. If intercourse took place within 7 days before taking the drug, there is a risk of pregnancy, if you have not had intercourse in the last 7 days - Belara can be discontinued.
