Hello, the doctor assigned me to take Klacid and Metypred medication at the evening time. What is the minimum time interval that should be used for such medication? Can they be taken simultaneously, with a break of about 5-10 minutes? And can I take Erdomed at the same time (at the same time) together with these two medicines?

Erdomed should not be used before bedtime. It is best to choose the time of day around 16-17 to take the tablet. As for Klacid and Metypred... Did the prescribing doctor know that you were taking Metypred? Klacid (Clarithromycin) may increase the levels of Metypred (Methylprednisolone) and increase the side effects of the medicine. This should be consulted with a doctor. Your Metypred dose may need to be modified. Medicines can be taken together only if they have been prescribed by one doctor, or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking, what additional medical conditions he suffers from and only in such a combination (order) as follows from these recommendations. Otherwise, such treatment may not be safe. Medications do not interact at the level of absorption, when it comes to meals it also does not affect, and so they can be taken in the evening at the same time.
