Can SSRIs be combined with dairy products?

Hello, does eating oatmeal posters on milk (dairy) for breakfast and immediately after taking the SSRI drug does not harm? I found on the internet that dairy can reduce the effect of the drug by as much as 50%. Does this also apply to antidepressants?

Dairy products may reduce the effectiveness of some drugs (e.g. antibiotics), but this is not the case for SSRIs. You can take foods with dairy using these drugs without fear of reducing the effectiveness of the drug.
