What does the written dosage on the prescription mean?

Can someone clarify the dosage for me? Ie 2x3 a day + before bedtime, which means that the sum of tablets is 8 a day

The prescribed dosage is a total of 4 capsules of Pylera 4 times a day. The last dose is to be applied before bedtime. According to the leaflet, the usual recommended dosage is 3 capsules of Pylera 4 times a day. However, your doctor may recommend a different dosage according to your knowledge and medical history. In case of doubt about the recommended dosage, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
