Good morning, I would like to know if I ate 6 larger root biscuits with anise for 4/5 hours before the contraceptive pill, after taking it, its protection will not decrease? And in general, is such an interval enough not to worry about preserving the effect of contraception if you consumed a dish with anise?

You can eat bread with flaxseed. Flax grains in bread are usually subjected to heat treatment, which loses their coating properties and does not affect the absorption of birth control pills.
Is it possible to eat such bread normally or should it be avoided?

To @Asia: The absorption of the tablet should not be affected.
In general, in the morning I ate breakfast, ie 3 slices of bread with seeds, then I immediately took a tablet. 3 hours passed, I ate another slice of seed and then in another 3 hours another 2 slices of such bread. Can it impair absorption?

No, there is no need. I attach a similar thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/85243/siemie-lniane-czy-siemie-lniane-oslabia-dzialanie-tabletek-antykoncepcyjnych
What if you eat bread with flaxseed? 3 slices and then a tablet? Need to take a new one?

This will not affect contraceptive protection. There is no need to keep the time interval between taking the contraceptive pill and eating a dish containing anise.
