If you want to keep 12 o'clock as the time to take your medicine, you can take your medicine tomorrow as before, i.e. at 12:00 and continue taking your medicine at that time. (This will not cause a hemorrhage or a dangerous life-threatening reaction, for example.) Take Xarelto at about the same time each day (for example, one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening). This medicine should be taken with or without food. If this is not a problem, you can also stay at 18:30. You should opt for one time of day and take the medicine regularly.
