Does Klabax raise the pressure, has been taking the drug for three days, at night my pressure jumped, for a moment it is calm then it rises again, I am low-pressure and it bothers me a lot, at the same time there is a strong pain in the back of the head.

It has not been described that the drug causes an increase in pressure. Perhaps the reason for the increase in pressure is the infection itself - usually during the infection the pressure may be higher than the values that you observe in yourself when you are healthy. However, if it still worries you, it is worth reporting the observed side effects to the doctor who will decide on further proceedings.
