How long should I use Aspicam?

Two years ago I had a left ischemic stroke. I currently have severe pain in my left buttock. I have been taking ASPICAM 15MG for three days now and the pain does not go away. How long do I have to dose it

Aspicam is a preparation dispensed from the pharmacy on the basis of a valid medical prescription. It is a medicine with analgesic and anti-inflammatory action and should be used as directed by the attending physician.
