Common side effects with Ebilfumin include stomach discomfort such as abdominal pain, dyspepsia and vomiting. They may be related to loss of appetite. However, it is worth being aware that the flu infection itself may be accompanied by a temporary loss of appetite. This is usually not a cause for concern. However, proper hydration of the body is very important and I recommend taking special care of it during infection. This adverse reaction is not described in the Safety Data Sheet for Ebilfumin. Nevertheless, lack of appetite during infection can occur and is typical. If, for example, the infection is accompanied by a sore throat or fever, then the child simply does not want to eat solid foods that irritate the throat and increase the pain. Perhaps it is worth offering the child semi-liquid foods, mashes, purees for the time of infection. Maybe this form will be better accepted. It is important to ensure adequate fluid supply. However, if the child will completely refuse to eat, it is worth consulting a pediatrician.
