Does Trulicity 3mg have substitutes available?

Good morning, Is there any replacement for Trulicity 3mg ? On Saturday I need to take another dose, and there is nowhere in stock for this drug. Without it, my sugar drops after eating and I fall asleep (insulin resistance). Thank you in advance for your reply
