If I take Mel in the morning, can I take pain medication for my headache in the afternoon?

If I take Mel medicine for joint and muscle pain once a day before noon, can I take any headache medicine in the afternoon? Nimesil, Solpadeine, Ibum or Pyralgina?

It would then be safe to use a medicine based on paracetamol alone or if the pain is severe with paracetamol (eg Apap, Efferalgan) combined with caffeine and codeine (eg Solpadeine). Combining Mel with Nimesil or Ibum increases the risk of side effects, especially gastrointestinal bleeding, therefore it is not advisable.
