Hello, over a month ago I put on kyllene spirals. After a month I was on the control everything was ok and all in all nothing was wrong with me. Recently, my breasts have been hurting for a week, even such a burning sensation, hot. I ruled out pregnancy, I did a negative test and I also got menstruation, which in total has been for two weeks and coincided practically with breast pain. Will this pain pass? If this is a side effect, do I have to remove the spirals?

Breast pain and bleeding at the initial stage of wearing the IUD are normal symptoms and should not be of concern.
