Are there any foods with which Dekristol should not be combined?

Good morning, the doctor advised me to take Dekristol every 2 days with the main meal to make up for vitamin C deficiencies. D. Therefore, I have a question, are there any foods with which Dekristol should not be combined?

Dekristol capsules should be swallowed whole with enough water, preferably with the main meal of the day. The point is that vitamin D is fat-soluble, which is why it is absorbed with the fats contained in food and with bile acids. The "main meal of the day" is generally the most abundant, varied and also contains fats, which can facilitate the absorption of the vitamin. There are no particular restrictions on foods that cannot be eaten. However, it should be remembered that the mentioned "main meal of the day" should not consist only of fat-free or very poor in fat ingredients. I enclose additional information about the drug Dekristol - prescription products can be booked at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/100495/dekristol-kapsulki/apteki/w-warszawie You may also be interested in our studies on vitamin D and combining medicines with food: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-d-czyli-nie-unikaj-slonca https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/cholekalcyferol https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-laczyc-leki-z-jedzeniem
