Can this situation reduce the effectiveness of Orlifique?

Can such a situation reduce the effectiveness of Orlifique? Yesterday, before taking the pill, I drank a large amount of water, which made me feel full stomach and also slightly hurt my stomach. After about 10 minutes I took the 16th Orlifique tablet, which I washed down with water. Could the tablet have been poorly absorbed in such a situation? Is there a risk of reduced effectiveness?

Taking the second pill will not reduce the effectiveness of contraception.

And if I accidentally took Orlifique 2 times in a time interval of about 30 minutes, can the increased dose reduce the effectiveness?

So I can have sex without additional protection after the described situation occurs?
