Can I use Pylera with Trexan Neo?

Good morning I use Trexan Neo at a dose of 20 mg once a week. Can I use Pylera at the same time?

Trexan Neo and Pylera can only be used together if they have been prescribed by one doctor or the doctor knew about their use. Pylera may reduce the effectiveness of Trexan Neo. Possible combined use should be carried out strictly as directed by the doctor, at the doses and intervals specified by him.
