If the pain persists after administration of Diprophos, should an orthopedist be consulted?

Hello, On Tuesday around 2 p.m. I received an orthopedic blockade in the elbow: (diprophos with lignocaine) in the first two days there was much more pain, and numbness of the fingers, mainly small and ring, 5 days have passed since the injection, numbness has disappeared but the pain still persists, I do not feel improvement after administering the blockade, does it mean that the injection does not work for me or wait for improvement / consult an orthopedist?

Usually, improvement is felt just a few hours (2-4) after the injection of Diprophos. If the pain persists, then I recommend consulting an orthopedist. You can also use the teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ortopeda
