How to relieve pain in the right arm and right leg?
Hey, sometimes I get in the evening when I want to fall asleep a strange pain in my right arm and right leg. I don't know how to describe it, but he seems to be growing and feeling like the need to "reject" with a limb. I don't know what to call it, whether it's some kind of muscle spasm or pain.
