Hello, due to the repeated vaginal mycosis, the gynecologist prescribed me to take Itraconazole for a period of 30 days. At the same time, due to the white coating on the tongue, the internist recommended me to use Miconazole cream (Daktarin). Can I use these two antifungals at the same time?

Daktarin Oral may significantly reduce the effect of the itraconazole-based drug, therefore this combination is not recommended. If such a combination is necessary, a minimum interval of 4 hours between these drugs should be maintained. You may want to consider using Daktarin as a medicine for use in the mouth, without swallowing. Here you can check the availability of these drugs in pharmacies and make a reservation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21072/daktarin-oral-zel/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/58085/orungal-kapsulki/apteki I attach links to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/grzybica-miejsc-intymnych https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zmiany-w-jamie-ustnej
