From the description of your question, it appears that you are not pregnant. The results of pregnancy tests should be read after the time recommended by the manufacturer (usually a few minutes) - extending this time may give a false positive result. If beta-hCG and ultrasound did not show pregnancy, the result should be considered reliable.
