Diarrhea when using birth control pills - does it weaken their effectiveness?

Good morning, I have been taking Daylette tablets for 4 years. After taking the tablet from the 3rd blister (17 days), diarrhea occurred. Intercourse took place on the 23rd day of the cycle. Now, after taking 4 placebo tablets, withdrawal bleeding has not occurred. Is there a risk of pregnancy?

If diarrhoea occurs within four hours of taking the contraceptive pill, there is a risk that the ingredients in the pill have not been completely absorbed, which may reduce the effectiveness of contraception and thus increase the risk of pregnancy. If diarrhea occurs within 4 hours of taking the tablet, it is recommended to take a pregnancy test before starting a new package. We wrote more about how to use contraception correctly in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje Below is a page with detailed information about Daylette contraceptive pills: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21296/daylette-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Using the link above, you can check availability and book the drug at any pharmacy of your choice.
