How to postpone the bleeding day using Ginoring discs?
Good morning. He is currently using contraception ginoring. I apply / remove the disc on Wednesday, then on Saturday I bleed. I read that they can be postponed by a few days. I wish the bleeding was on Monday. What can I do in this case?

To postpone the occurrence of withdrawal bleeding, the interval in the use of the vaginal system should be shortened by any number of days. The shorter the time break, the more likely it is that you will experience intracyclic bleeding or no withdrawal bleeding at the next interval. If you want to postpone the bleeding to Monday, then after removing the current disc on Wednesday, the next disc should be put on on Friday and used normally for the next 3 weeks.
