Good morning, I have had a strange itchy rash for a week. It started with large subcutaneous papules on the face (like a midge/mosquito bite), then spread to the neckline, abdomen, back, legs in the form of small red dots. After a week, they begin to merge into large, red spots (it looks like a burn)

I also had a similar rash. She helped the MP orally and metronidazole topically. Unfortunately, it returns. And what is the effect for you now?

The question should be referred to a doctor - a dermatologist. If the treatment does not help, it should be reported to him. Pharmacists work on the portal, we do not have the authority to make a diagnosis, especially via the Internet, we can only provide information about the drug and pharmacotherapy. If it is not possible to visit a stationary visit, I encourage you to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the portal Gdziepolek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
I will add that I used drugs for atopic dermatitis, now for scabies (on the recommendation of a dermatologist), but nothing helps.
