Can I be late for my period in the next cycle after taking ellaOne?

Hi, after not necessarily safe intercourse on January 3 I took the EllaOne tablet, there were no complications, the period in January took place even two days earlier, but now in February this period is delayed for today by 7 days. I took a pregnancy test to make sure and as I expected it came out negative. Should I be worried, or is it normal even after such a long time after taking it? Best regards
