Is Cipronex safe when used with Dexilant and after gastritis?

Is Cipronex safe with dexilant and gastritis? I read on the forums that the drug is very dangerous.

Cipronex can be used with Dexilant and in patients with gastritis. Like any other medicine, it can cause side effects including m.in nausea and diarrhea. However, they only occur in some patients. All authorized drugs are analyzed for safety. In addition, the doctor who prescribes the preparation assesses the benefits and possible risks of use.
