Is switching Ramipril to Lorista a good choice?

He suffers from chronic glomerulonephritis. I take Felodipine on pressure and I took Ramiprin. The doctor changed Ramiprin to Loriste. I don't know if it's a good choice. I don't know if both drugs damage the kidneys in the same way.

Ramipril is a medicine belonging to the Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) that leads to relaxation of blood vessels and thus lowers blood pressure. It is used in the treatment of hypertension, prevention of cardiovascular diseases and in the initial stage of diabetic glomerular nephropathy. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99001/ramipril-aurovitas-tabletki/apteki Lorista, on the other hand, contains losartan, a sartan drug that relaxes blood vessels and thus lowers blood pressure. In addition, it protects the kidneys and inhibits the development of damage associated with diabetes or hypertension. This medicine is intended for use in the treatment of high blood pressure, kidney disease and chronic heart failure. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/44890/lorista-tabletki-powlekane/apteki In my opinion, you should follow the advice of the doctor who is best acquainted with your health and change the medication - Lorista seems to be the right choice in the situation described.
