Is it safe to use Cavinton Forte with Lacipil, Bisoratio, Xarelto and Telmisartan?

Is it safe to use cavinton forte for several years with Xarelto 20, Telmisartan 60, Bisoratio 7.5 and Lacipil2.5? Cavinton is used after three purulent meningitis .

The medicines given Cavinton Forte, Xarelto, Telmisartan, Bisoratio and Lacipil can be used together if your doctor tells you to. However, please remember to take Cavinton Forte and Xarelto for a few hours so that you do not swallow them at the same time. The break should be about 2-3h. Please follow your doctor's instructions and stick to the prescribed dosage.
