Felodipine and Lorista can only be taken together if they have been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking, what additional medical conditions he suffers from and only in the combination (order) according to these recommendations. Otherwise, such treatment may not be safe. The use of these drugs, especially Loristy, can lead to deterioration of kidney function. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor kidney function, blood pressure and the concentration of electrolytes (e.g. potassium) in the blood at regular intervals. The final decision on the need for treatment, the outweighance of benefits to possible risks is made by the attending physician. If it is not possible to visit a doctor, I encourage you to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
