Good morning, when will an unfulfilled/partially fulfilled prescription disappear from the IKP account from the e-prescriptions tab to be processed?

An unfilled prescription will disappear from your IKP account only if your doctor cancels it. A partially completed prescription cannot be cancelled, so it will always be visible. It will not disappear even if we miss the prescription deadline (prescription expiration date).
