How to deal with recurrent itching of the intimate areas and vulva?

Good morning, for about 3 weeks I have been suffering from recurrent itching of the intimate areas (mainly around the clitoris) and anus, occasionally there is also a burning sensation of the vagina. In addition, on the left labia I feel swelling and pimples resembling overcooked rice. Please advise what I can temporarily use to eliminate persistent itching and burning – I have a visit to the gynecologist in 3 weeks.
