I have pain in my buttocks when sitting and sometimes when walking. The internist prescribed me myditin. I took for 2 days. After the 1st day I got diarrhoea. After three days of diarrhoea I started taking coal, for now it does not help. But that's not the worst. Before, I could sit on the couch with my legs stretched out, now even in this position my buttocks are stiff. The drug not only did not help me, but aggravated the problem.

Medicinal charcoal is not the best way to cope with drug-induced diarrhea in an adult. Diosmectite or loparamid is usually recommended. In addition, it is necessary to take the right amount of fluids (water, tea). If we know the cause of diarrhea - it is a new drug - it is worth considering individually whether there is still a need to use it or change the treatment. In order for the drug to have the ability to work, it should be correctly used and dosed. If it was used according to the doctor's instructions or can not be used so - just because of diarrhea - I encourage you to contact the doctor who conducts your treatment and inform about it. Perhaps there is another option for treatment and rehabilitation.
