I bought 1 op. of 3 prescribed. The drug is missing in the pharmacy and in the warehouse. In other pharmacies there is a remedy, but the prescription is blocked. What should I do to buy in another pharmacy. I will not go to the doctor privately either. Not my fault that the pharmacy does not have the drug. What to do

Unfortunately, I do not know what this drug is and how it was discharged (whether you have been recognized as a refund). I will answer a little in general. A prescription blocked by the pharmacy can no longer be filled elsewhere. There are several possibilities: 1) If we have the drug and do not need it for "tomorrow" we can wait. The pharmacy, as soon as it gets the drug from the wholesaler, you will put it down first. 2) You can ask the family doctor who accepts under the NFZ contract (we do not pay for the visit) to write a new prescription and fill it in another pharmacy. 3) If you have an Internet Patient Account or other document confirming the use of the drug, you can ask the pharmacist in another pharmacy (where the medicine is) to dispense the medicine. It is necessary to clarify the situation (blocking a prescription in another pharmacy, shortages of medicines). Your pharmacist can issue you a pharmaceutical prescription in the event of a health emergency. Such a prescription is fully paid. Of course, the pharmacist can refuse to dispense the drug, it is not his duty. 4) If it is not possible to visit a family doctor, you can use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja you will get a prescription for the drug anyway.
